Third day of fast

First movement in over a day: surprising amount considering liquid diet. Learning what supplements will best lower my intraocular pressure: Vitamin C, but what dose? Absorption half-life is half an hour, I've read that the maximum amount absorbed in one ingestion is 1 gram, yet am seeing claims of 10g to 33g daily dosages. How much of that really gets absorbed?

Having good results with: calcium/magnesium, Vitamin D, Vitamin C+B complex. The 29mg chelated iron may be too much for me to take when I'm not bleeding. It's all about getting my energy back, breaking sugar/caffeine cravings, and lowering the intraocular pressure.

Today: buy tomatoes, more greens, celery. Am loving fresh juices from my juicer!

I have lost seven pounds since my visit with my physician Dec. 11. Thanks, juice fast!
